I really love the Pots feature on Monzo, I find it super helpful in separating out my money at the start of the month to help me budget. Requesting and sending money to people is an absolute breeze too. PLus, the new Flex feature is amazing. So far it's helped pay for the last of our wedding and our honeymoon without needing to fork out loads on extra fees! Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

I find MONZO so easy to use. I like that I am notified about each transaction and warnings if my balance is getting too low. The receive early feature is very useful and Flex is great to help spread cost of large purchases (such as car insurance). Great service. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

Monzo is the apple of banking; so user friendly that I’m sure almost anyone could use it. They have also taken a modern approach; something I feel the more classically established banks should be pushing towards, especially for younger clients. They have captured the market extremely well, young people use Monzo because it’s sleek and not who their parents bank with. The feature they offer such as round up, flex, etc. are effortless to use and implement. The ability to create savings accounts with such efficiency hold incredible value in my opinion. The more barriers that Monzo remove to accessing features, the more streamlined their interface becomes, it’s no wonder people have switched and they received the award last year.
