11/10 never leaving Monzo

I've been with Monzo since beta launch and I've not had a single issue that wasn't cleared up easily by their extremely responsive and polite customer service agents. Pots make it very easy for me to budget each month and I'm saving more than ever. I pay for the Max account and get excellent value for money with the included benefits. Their 1p savings challenge last year was also a fun and motivating, and I enjoy the chance to have bills paid back or even my salary doubled each month!
