Nice to speak to a person who understand

Having ignored my Nationwide Debit & Credit Card Accounts for a few years I needed to call up and either cancel or reactivate them. I was pleasantly surprised to find myself talking to a UK based call centre who understood everything I wanted to do, made it happen simply and effectively without trying to sell me other products that I didn't want at the same time. I was changing current account from different bank. Hadn’t any problems to make new with this bank. Always in touch with client showing small adverts or reminders in phone app. Reminding when is not enough money on account to cover payment eg. DD, which giving time to pay same day . Whether it’s their banking services or customer support, they always provide reliable and efficient assistance. The mobile app is easy to use, making it simple to manage my finances on the go.
