Nice and neat everyday account

Offers a comprehensive package with travel insurance, mobile phone insurance and a nice small credit every month. Great customer service too Reviewed on: 2nd December 2019

No problems

I have never had a problem with Nationwide. They are very zealous about card security and have blocked my cards when scammers have managed to get my details. The only reason I don’t give them 5 stars is because their customer service on the phone can be a tad slow. It also has the annoying automated thing you have to talk to. Also it’s hard to find the customer service number on their website; they obviously want you to try online customer service options first. But this is annoying when you know your issue can only be dealt with over the phone. Reviewed on: 29th November 2019

Nationwide are a British institution.

Great account!

I really like the flexaccount with nationwide. You get rewarded interest on your account each month, and can make an extra £100 by reffering a friend. I went through the process and it was really quick and easy. I also like how I don't get charged for swift transactions. Highly recommended! Reviewed on: 22nd November 2019
