Called me to tell me I had lost my bank card

I dropped my debit card on the way to work one morning & nationwide phoned me within 2hours to check if I was using it. Someone had been using my contactless card several times & I never even knew I had lost it until nationwide phoned me. Extremely happy with their service!! Reviewed on: 4th February 2019

Happy, but account benefits have reduced

Selected Nationwide 8 years ago and generally very happy. Only disappointments are that the debit card account has slowly and seruptitiously cut its benefits. It used to offer free overseas withdrawals and transactions, now these cost and are quite uncompetitive. Also, lack of local branch and inability to transact through local post offices let the bank down. Reviewed on: 21st January 2019

Quick and easy to get

I applied for a flexiaccount online and had a account up and running with my bank card arriving in the post within 5 days. I have already recommended my mum who has also now opened a new account Reviewed on: 13th January 2019

Excellent customer service, good products, great app
