Banking as banking should be

From when I first had an account I felt confident that they would look after me as a customer / member. There have been a couple of incidents where matters have not gone right but every effort was made to resolve the issue in the shortest possible time with little disruption to account access . Years of good service

Nationwide have been my bank since I opened a savings account as a child forty years ago. I then progressed to a flex account which has been brilliant over the years. My card for cloned and six thousand pounds stolen Nationwide dealt with it efficiently and promptly. The staff at the branch in my area are always so friendly and helpful. Nationwide really are about the people

I opened a Flexi account with Nationwide and their customer service has been superb. Where lots of banks are closing their branches in my town,Nationwide stand firm that they will remain a building society of the high street.They are friendly,helpful and always there for their customers. Best Banking

Nationwide make online banking simple no trolling behind cartons to find what you want it rely is idiot proof , I am dyslexic and find it works ! When you phone them, there always helpful , Reviewed on: 19th October 2018

Completely scam you

Pay monthly for this account , sent phone off for repair , they signed for it then two days later tried to say they never received it , so will not cover you so now no phone nothing, even though it was sent tracked , nationwide do not care , beware if you treasure your iPhone like I did , you end up with nothing Reviewed on: 16th October 2018

Nationwide fraud

Spoke to them today re a direct debit that I did not authorise which they cancelled but stated although I gave them specific instructions not to allow this company talk talk mobile to set up again nationwide stated they could not stop this. I asked them for a letter stating this which they refused to provide. I think that if this is there policy they might be co conspiraters in fraud? Reviewed on: 2nd October 2018
