A handy bank account

Excellent service

I've had four Nationwide Flexaccounts for over 35 years now, and I've never had a bother. The staff are helpful and friendly, I've never been charged a penny to use the bank, and I've never had a problem. Here's to another 35 years Reviewed on: 12th February 2016

The savings rate for loyal customers seem to have fallen through the floor. new cusotmers are enticed but if you stay with them for many years, as i have done, you just get ignored Reviewed on: 12th February 2016

Helpful and friendly, but

I love my bank because staff in branch are always helpful and friendly, and their online banking is great. On the downside - although some of their accounts offer competitive interesgt rates, they could do more for loyal customers. Reviewed on: 12th February 2016
