awful treatment/discriminates against mental health paitents

with reference to my previous review, the nationwide fraud department lady(Kelly) is rude arrogant and totally discriminates against people with mental health illness, I suffer with Bi-Polar and PTSD and she was aware of this but still spoke to me in an awful way stating its my problem I suffer with bi-polar not Nationwide's, SHOCKING TRULY SHOCKING AWFUL WAY TO TREAT CUSTOMERS, but by going on the number of negative reviews and no responses from Nationwide it shows they treat customer, oops sorry member like Sh.t awful Building society. Flexaccount

Nationwide are a really good bank/ building society.

Great product!

I have a Flex account with Nationwide - its so easy to make payments online or transfer money to my other Nationwide accounts and best of all I get free travel insurance for travel anywhere in Europe, which is great for me as I travel a fair bit (and they were brilliant last year when I broke my arm just before travelling to Rome - they didn't charge me anything for cover and even sent me a letter to confirm they were happy with me travelling etc which came in mega useful at the airport). Branch staff are always helpful if I have queries - I would most definitely recommend them Reviewed on: 11th February 2018
