Completely scam you

Pay monthly for this account , sent phone off for repair , they signed for it then two days later tried to say they never received it , so will not cover you so now no phone nothing, even though it was sent tracked , nationwide do not care , beware if you treasure your iPhone like I did , you end up with nothing Reviewed on: 16th October 2018

Nationwide fraud

Spoke to them today re a direct debit that I did not authorise which they cancelled but stated although I gave them specific instructions not to allow this company talk talk mobile to set up again nationwide stated they could not stop this. I asked them for a letter stating this which they refused to provide. I think that if this is there policy they might be co conspiraters in fraud? Reviewed on: 2nd October 2018

I pay a fee for my monthly bank account and in return I get year round travel insurance and mobile phone insurance. In addition, there is interest on balances up to £2500, which means I get half the amount of the fee back in interest. Great! Reviewed on: 23rd September 2018

No fuss

loyal customers mean nothing

I have two current accounts with nationwide one single and one joint. I went on maternity leave and as I was not receiving a wage my overdraft was taken away on my single account to the sum of £900 due to this I could not pay some direct debts due and this affected my credit score our joint account had an overdraft limit of nearly 5000 we asked for it to be increased to £2000 nationwide refused due to my recent credit score rating that I feel was caused by them. I have been a loyal customer for over two decades and always had an excellent credit score but have received no help from this bank even though there earlier decision has been a major influence on my recent credit score which is why we were refused a greater overdraft on our joint account Very disappointed with this bank and would not recommend them to anyone.
