This bank is lie all of there service

This bank is lie all of there service and there promises refund also lie they charge debit card payment also 36£ fee i ask to refund this money they can't when i complain they call me morning and promised me refund my money back now again call me in afternoon they sayed no refund its not bank fault my fault i use there debit card so don't waste money use this bank is totally fraud Reviewed on: 12th August 2025

Switching to Nationwide was the best decision ever

I switched to Nationwide a few years ago after poor service from a bank I had been with for over 40 years. It was the best decision I have ever made. Reviewed on: 21st July 2025

The app is user friendly, communication from the bank is kept to a minimum but useful information is shared, bank staff are friendly and it was easy to open the account in person. Reviewed on: 23rd June 2025

Honest, reliable, customer-focused service

I am now a longstanding customer (17 years) and have never had any reason to doubt the quality of Nationwide's service, both online and in branch. They offer above average interest rates on products for existing customers (ie rewarding loyalty not playing games to attract newcomers), and the recent Fairer Share payments are just the icing on the cake.
