I simply say... 'you should join NatWest'

I have a number of products with NatWest. NatWest advisors provided support in their selection and I have benefited from unbiased information. I am happy with all my products. However, it is the app that is the winner of my praise. Easy to use. It enables me to manage my banking, no matter where I am in the world, with a few clicks. It is super easy to use and its features keeps me safe - reminding me of the possibility of fraud etc. I hear the frustration of my friends and colleagues whilst they use other clunky banking apps... Excellent services

The concierge service is great, very responsive and accommodating. I've just had to use the mobile phone insurance and it couldn't be easier, someone came to my phone and fixed at my request with great communication. Reviewed on: 18th February 2023
