The NatWest Reward Platinum account is for existing current account holders.

There’s a monthly fee for the Reward Platinum account. You get mobile insurance, breakdown cover, travel insurance and other benefits as an account holder. There are no non-sterling transaction fees when you buy with your debit card abroad.

NatWest, offers customer service second to none in the banking industry. Whilst modern banks are online only and you can’t speak to anyone. NatWest provides the right mix of modern banking with a brilliant online app and good old fashioned face to face customer service. Reviewed on: 20th February 2023

Love the app so easy to use & always being updated...

Just love the app so easy to use and constantly being updated and improved. The app is so good i do not need to travel 9 miles to do what I needed to do face to face at the bank. The insurance with the Palatium card is excellent and when i used the telephone element to seek aid with an insurance question it was fully resolved. Although I can get a signing fee by transferring to another bank I have never felt the need to change from a very stable experience Reviewed on: 26th February 2025

Non existent service

Have been a customer for over 20 years However the service you may now expect from such a well known brand is Non existent both on line & in branch. They just refer you to other services each with 40 min wait minimum, then they each refer you to another number also with a 40 min wait None of this seems to register with them as poor service, and when you do get through guess what they aren't able to resolve a simple service problem.... do yourself a favour choose another bank this group have lost the plot Reviewed on: 15th April 2024
