Newbury Building Society unbeatable mortgage rates

We come back to The Newbury Building Society everytime our mortgage product needs to be renewed. Each renewal we research other providers but NBS always comes up with the best rates, their customer service is great and we feel reassured that our mortgage is safe with this organisation. I made an overpayment on 22nd August .

I made an overpayment on 22nd August . I received a written letter in the post on 7th September , (dated 2nd September ) with details of my balance and new monthly payment which I : 1) disputed the calculation and 2) queried the first payment of the reduced amount Reviewed on: 7th September 2024

Excellent service as usual..

Renewing existing mortgage product,superb service as usual from Kate Rockall with a good outcome.Rapid admin and actions.My only complaint is your ridiculous secure message service,I have over the years only twice managed to access the message,this time took me 40 minutes they are so secure as to be totally useless-please make them useable!
