Excellent service

We have been able to overpay our mortgage over the last couple of years and finally made a last payment in May. Throughout, Linda Kite was my contact by phone and provided information clearly and promptly to enable me to make decisions. It was so good to have the confidence in her knowledge and service which made the process straightforward. It’s a big thing to send all your savings off! Mortgage Application

This was done through my mortgage broker but was easier than I expected. The longest part was filling in the forms, as to be expected, but there were not too many other issues to deal with and you kept me up to date with interest rate rises throughout the process. My aim in due course is to switch to a holiday let mortgage so I hope that will be just as easy! Reviewed on: 30th June 2023

Really good experience remortgaging

Great customer service, everything went smoothly except getting the redemption statement from our current lender. They wouldn’t accept Newbury’s request as they’re not an authorised legal services provider, so it was a bit fiddly and took an extra day. But otherwise good. Reviewed on: 30th June 2023

Our new Later Life Mortgage with the Newbury Building Society
