Excellent experience ……… the staff at the Didcot branch were very efficient, helpful and friendly guiding my husband and I through the process of opening an ISA each. Our appointment was easy to arrange, Helen was on time and made the whole procedure straight forward for us. Reviewed on: 25th May 2025

The customer assistants are helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and polite. The whole process of setting up a savings account was easy and reassuring. It felt good to be back with a truly mutual building society with useful opening hours and a proper savings account book. Reviewed on: 6th January 2026
