Happy Savings customer

As a Savings customer it was great to get a personalised review of my accounts to make sure that they were the best for my needs. An alternative account was suggested which gave me the same interest rate but was much more flexible. Friendly, knowledgeable service with an actual human being. I recently visited the Didcot branch to put a cheque into my daughters savings account, I was served by Thomas. I was impressed by the service I received from him and all who work in branch. Very attentive and bubbly bunch. Lovely office and bonus - open 5 days a week! Reviewed on: 19th January 2026
