Booked an appointment for the next day and was seen quickly, talking through all of the options available was great , transferred money into the starter savings account was easy, just waiting for the savings book to arrive now by post , sorted, buying a investment bond is a bit more difficult, but this is due to the bank not allowing you to transfer large amounts of money into one hit , problem! Online application process

Amazing Service from a fantastic Building Society

Always have amazing service from the branches and love having the passbooks separate from the modern online banks. Mobile app once registered is simple and easy to use. The Newbury also offer great regular savings reviews face to face with a human being rather than online robots. Reviewed on: 16th January 2026
