Really friendly, helpful staff and also easy to add funds by internet as well.

I met staff of Newbury Building Society at Abingdon Air Show and liked the sound of the account which I subsequently opened in branch. The service I received in branch was very good and the whole process was very smooth. Since then I have used internet access which again is very user-friendly (I'm not computer-savvy, so need simple systems!). Reviewed on: 4th January 2018

I like being able to walk into the NBS on the high street. Staff were polite and friendly and kept my information secure by meeting me in a separate room when I opened my accounts. Plus it is the only bank in Alton allowing an 8 year old her own account. Reviewed on: 31st October 2024
