Really friendly, helpful staff and also easy to add funds by internet as well.

I met staff of Newbury Building Society at Abingdon Air Show and liked the sound of the account which I subsequently opened in branch. The service I received in branch was very good and the whole process was very smooth. Since then I have used internet access which again is very user-friendly (I'm not computer-savvy, so need simple systems!). Reviewed on: 4th January 2018

Applying for your savings facilities is too 'red-tape', it should be easier if you are already an existing customer. My son gave up trying to open an existing member account. Reviewed on: 29th February 2024
