Really friendly, helpful staff and also easy to add funds by internet as well.

I met staff of Newbury Building Society at Abingdon Air Show and liked the sound of the account which I subsequently opened in branch. The service I received in branch was very good and the whole process was very smooth. Since then I have used internet access which again is very user-friendly (I'm not computer-savvy, so need simple systems!). Reviewed on: 4th January 2018

Opening a safe easy access account

Excellent service, very helpful

We needed to close two executor accounts and re distribute funds. This was done face to face by appointment in branch. Everything was well organised, and transactions carried out with little fuss or bother. Reviewed on: 24th March 2023

Excellent professional service

We popped into the branch and was seen by staff immediately even though the branch was busy. Hazel was excellent in explaining everything we needed to know and was very professional.
