Great Experience with PayPal Credit.

My Great Experience with PayPal Credit I recently had a fantastic experience using PayPal Credit for a larger online purchase, and I wanted to share my positive feedback. I was looking to buy a new piece of electronics, and while I had some savings, I didn't want to deplete them entirely. That's where PayPal Credit came in. The application process was incredibly fast and straightforward, taking only a few minutes to get approved. What impressed me most was the 0% interest promotional period they offered. This allowed me to spread the cost of my purchase over several months without incurring any extra charges, which was a huge relief. Managing my payments has also been a breeze. The PayPal platform clearly shows my payment due dates and outstanding balance, and I receive timely reminders. It's truly given me more flexibility in my budget, allowing me to get what I needed without financial strain. I'm genuinely happy with how easy and beneficial PayPal Credit has been for me. Confusing payment/direct debit process

Poor customer service, the first person did not read my issue properly and gave me an irrlevant answer and when I requested they read ALL my messages regarding my issue I was told that he would transer me to the department that dealt with 'that'. 2 days later, no messages and the chat string had been closed. I rang to speak with someone instead who explained what had happened. The direct debit/make a payment process is confusing, if you edit the payment it seems to cancel it - even the operative I was on the phopne with said it was confusing so what chance does a customer have!. I wouldn't recommend Paypal credit, the only reason I even use it is because of the occasional 4 months free credit offers. Reviewed on: 16th June 2025

Easy to use

PayPal experience for pc monitor

I’ve bought a expensive monitor from dell for my pc and used PayPal to make my payment, it was super easy to set up and link my primary bank account and set up a direct debit and things have been great I would recommend to anyone making any sort of payments. Reviewed on: 16th June 2025

The only way I pay for anything online!

The only way I pay for anything online! I’ve had such a good experience with them helping me get refunds, so easy and reliable. I also use the “pay later” option frequently.
