Good Experience, But Big Purchases Can Be A Problem

I’ve had a good experience with PayPal Credit overall and it has normally worked well for me. However, today I tried to use it to buy from Louis Vuitton, both online and in store, and the payment kept getting blocked as fraudulent. The annoying part is that nobody seems able to remove the security lock or override it, even after confirming it was actually me trying to make the payment. I understand fraud checks are there for protection, but it’s frustrating when a genuine customer gets blocked and there is no proper way to fix it. It makes the service feel unreliable for bigger purchases, even when everything on the account is fine. Reviewed on: 7th July 2026
