It’s easy to apply for and manage via the app, and PayPal’s buyer protection adds reassurance. However, the standard variable rate (typically around 17.9% or higher) kicks in afterward, and missing the promo deadline or minimum payments can lead to retroactive interest plus fees—making it expensive if you carry a balance.
