I've used PayPal for years.

I've used PayPal for years. The only limitation I've found is if a retailer doesn't support PayPal payment otherwise it's my first choice for online purchases. Reviewed on: 29th May 2025

A must have safeguard for online shopping

PayPal Credit and PayPal pay in 3 have been has been incredibly useful for helping to ease the cost of living crisis by giving you that extra time to pay for items. Additionally, getting a refund when using PayPal credit is faster and much easier to sort and can be returned to your account in sometimes less than 24 hours. They charge the standard APR and they allow you make minimum payment per month, although they do inform that this can incur more interest in the long run. Reviewed on: 29th May 2025

Accessible service with great customer service

I love how making payments with debit and credit is hassle and stress free, I really appreciate the ease of access regarding my payment details and information related to things such as interest so you feel confident in what you are paying and don’t get caught out, the app makes this particularly easy. One time I was slightly late making a minimum payment on credit, I only realised because they reached out to inform me, I panicked and called customer service and they were incredibly helpful and reassured me that I still had time to pay and that no fee would be charged.
