I gently avoid service team unless I have no choice

Every time I have contacted customer service it’s been difficult and I’ve been given incorrect or conflicting info. I only use the account because making payments is easy with most retailers. If more retailers switched to other methods like Kalarna then I’d stop using PayPal. I’m still waiting for a call back which was due Christmas Eve! Reviewed on: 9th July 2026

Pay in 3 credit.

The pay in 3 has massively helped me out being a single parent. I get to cover birthday gifts and large items or appliances when need replacement. Takes a lot of pressure off. I will always use PayPal as my go to if I'm not sure about certain sites also I find it the safest way to pay. they always provide good customer service and advice when needed. I've had a very positive experience using PayPal over the years. It has consistently been reliable, secure, and easy to use.
