I hate the AI assistant especially when it goes around in circles with why you want to speak to an agent, other than that the only other issue I had with PayPal was finding out I had PayPal Credit on my account since 2024 which had apparently been there for 2 years and suddenly I was being billed as of two weeks ago, so that's been raised with PayPal, the agents have been really helpful.
