Seamless, fast, and incredibly convenient

I’ve used PayPal Credit for several large purchases now, and the 0% interest for 4 months (on items over £99) is an absolute lifesaver. It allows me to spread the cost of electronics or travel without any extra fees, as long as I pay it off in time. The security is also top-notch—I feel much safer using this for online transactions than a standard credit card. Definitely my go-to for shopping! Reviewed on: 2nd May 2026

Convenient but needs better customer support

I’ve used PayPal Credit for a while now and it’s been convenient for spreading the cost of purchases, especially for larger items. The application process was straightforward and payments are easy to manage through the app, which is a plus. However, when things don’t go smoothly, the customer service can be quite frustrating. Response times can be slow and it’s not always easy to get a clear or consistent answer. This can make resolving issues more stressful than it needs to be.
