Straight forward credit service

PayPal credit has been such a straight forward service, allowing me to see clearly my payments and being given the chance to pay over 4 months without incurring any interest has helped whilst I have been on maternity leave. I have spoken to PayPal a few times over the phone to clarify things and they have always been so helpful and resolved my issues quickly. Reviewed on: 6th May 2026

Absolute scam

It’s an absolute scam, they are not upfront about how and when interest will accrue especially on zero interest deals for a couple of months. Payments take ages to clear sometimes taking up to two weeks to make a credit payment. Closing your account is also really difficult and requires multiple calls to the customer service team who aren’t very good. Reviewed on: 6th May 2026

Never had any bad customer service

Never had any bad customer service so have not had to contact them. Does what it says on the tin. Use the app for the credit and it has helped out. Could do with a bit better platform to see clearer on the interest added etc Reviewed on: 6th May 2026
