PAY IN 3 DISPUTE WITH REFUND

I have used paypal pay in 3 many times and it's an easy affordable option when making more expensive purchases. When things go wrong the support given from paypal is invaluable. I had to claim money back from a retailer when the pay in 3 item didn't arrive making a dispute and following the process was very easy and after the set time I received a full refund.
