The best provider

Easy to use, easy to access, easy to get help when something goes wrong. Have used them ever since I first got a bank account and have always had an excellent experience. I found PayPal Pay in 3 incredibly helpful

I first used PayPal Pay in 3 several years ago. I found it incredibly helpful at the time. Especially so as I was able to make purchases with Pay in3 that I otherwise would not have been able to do so. Since then, I have used it consistently, and have recommended it to friends and family.
