I love PayPal

PayPal is straight forward to use, and their customer service is fantastic. I had an issue previously regarding a payment I didn’t recognise and they dealt with it fantastically and ensured I received a refund. Can’t knock their service at all. Reviewed on: 8th June 2026

PayPal pay in 3 changed to pay in 4

Once I ordered a TV but a day earlier than my normal payday, it was a pay in 3 and my next instalment was on the 26th and couldn't afford the payment until the 27th PayPal changed my original agreement from pay in 3 to pay in 4. Didn't affect my credit score Reviewed on: 8th June 2026
