Whether it be simply as a provider or with PayPal plan, I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I have dealt with PayPal for quite a number of years and am reassured that in this increasingly impersonal world fraught with inefficiencies and frustrations , PayPal stands shoulders high in being the one company which does exactly what it says on the tin.
