An amazing company who truly care

Both of my rabbits are insured with petplan, and one of which has needed care a couple of times. Each time was a few hundred pounds that I just didn’t have at the time so I was very grateful to be with this company who made everything simple. Being able to make a direct claim though the vet was amazing and took the stress away from money so I could focus on my rabbit getting better. When calling customer service, i was greeted with a knowledgeable and respectful member of staff who had me sorted out in no time. I get regular emails on rabbit health, and suggestions for what to do in certain situations which I really appreciate as well Reviewed on: 15th September 2023

Excellent service

The best pet Insurance Company

In all the years I have been with PetPlan they have been brilliant. They pay my Vet direct which is very good. I would never use any other Insurance Company. Reviewed on: 13th September 2023

The best for the best dogs in the world

I have over the years insured several dogs with petplan, l gave made claims if varying amounts and they gave always come through, my dogs are my only family so l want to make sure l can care for them if I'll or hurt and petplan allows me to do this. Have been using pet plan insurance for decades

I have insured dogs and rabbits with petplan over the years and they have always been very quick to settle a claim. You can also get pre authorisation for treatment that pet plan will cover it allowing peace of mind at a time when you are already distressed with a poorly animal. They are always helpful when you call them. The cost is not the cheapest but in my opinion pet plan is the best out there currently Reviewed on: 12th September 2023
