Fast, friendly and efficient

Only delays in payment were due to shortstaffing at vet. Even then petplan advised for reason for delay. Reviewed on: 29th September 2023

Easy to use company with quick claim processing

PetPlan are so easy to use, making a claim is simple and they process and pay out on claims quickly, liaising directly with my vet to get the information they need. We have used them since my dog was a puppy (9 years) and have never had any issues. Reviewed on: 1st August 2022

Helpful and full of good ideas

So far I have been lucky and not needed to be in touch with my pet insurance. I read all the emails that I receive and they are helpful. My dog is a rescue dog from Rumania and he has had a dreadful life and suffered a lot. He is a lovely dog and he is now very trusting. It was love at first sight for both of us. PetPlan have been nothing but great since signing up with them 2 years ago

PetPlan have been nothing but great since signing up with them 2 years ago. The callers on their helpline genuinely care and are brilliant in assisting with any problems or queries. I love that they also send emails tailored to your pet pretty much monthly advising what to look out for as the seasons change, how to keep your animal safe and general advice. Great company

Hadn't been with petplan long when my dog needed surgery on her legs, they were fantastic all that mattered to them was my dogs health, and their news letters are really good give great advice Reviewed on: 31st July 2022

Cat adoption

I adopted my cat when she was eleven. She was obviously upset at having to leave her original home but I let her do her own thing and now she has settled down really well. I am glad to have petplan for her if she becomes unwell and needs treatment. Reviewed on: 30th July 2022
