Always been prompt and supportive

Takes the stress out of pet insurance

Over this last year our dog has been poorly under going an operation and then having have to have a revised operation when the wound did not heal properly, as well as experiencing other doggy 'mishaps'. Petplan made the process so stress free. Simple to claim, liaised with the other vets, paid out each time promptly and with no issues at all. What more can you ask for in Pet Insurance. I have great peace of mind now. They do charge more than what other insurance companies have quoted but the yearly increases are fair on reflection of what treatment can cost and I have definitely got the 5* service I pay for. Your pet in good hands

We have had to use pet plan unfortunately for our dog a few times but every time pet plan has been there for us 100%. They have reached out to wish us the best and followed up when it’s done.
