All aspects of the policy were outlined by your representative over the phone. A lot to go through but he stuck to his task and I was happy to proceed with a Lifetime Plan. He was always happy and able to answer my every query. Well done Ratish. Reviewed on: 1st October 2021

We have been with Petplan for many years with different pets. We have never had any problems. The claiming process is clear and simple. Constant updates on the progress of the claim arrive in the inbox and the payment is prompt. On the very few occasions when I have phoned Petplan, the staff have been very kind and understanding.
