I didn't need to claim anything yet. I heard from friends that it's one of the best insurers on the UK market. I checked reviews online as well and I'm happy with the results. I was speaking on the phone with customer service, I wasn't sure about the payments and direct debit. I have used petplan for many years and when I have had to claim on my policy for my cats illness the vets fees where always paid in a timely manner with no issues. Iv used pet plan over the years and they have always been 100% reliable in support & making things as strait forward as possible when claiming.
