Cannot fault PetPlan - Life Savers

My GSD puppy, Bonnie, unfortunately had some issues with her kidney (renal dysplasia) leading to the kidney being removed at only 4 months old. The surgery and ongoing treatment would of cost over £5000, we of course only paid a small fraction of this. No other insurance company would of covered Bonnie for her condition and I cannot thank PetPlan enough for handing her another life line. As everybody knows our pets are our family and thanks to PetPlan a part of my family is still here with me. Thank you! Reviewed on: 15th September 2021

I was worried when I first took pet insurance, because of all the stories I heard of companies not paying when needed. But there was no reason to worry with PetPlan. They respond to queries, ask for details from your vet and pay with no trouble. Definitely worth setting up insurance with PetPlan. Reviewed on: 15th September 2021
