Lacking attention to detail

Soulless company with questionable intentions.

Lost my car in the Luton airport fire. Policy Expert made everything as difficult as they could, argued against everything and anything, including trying not to pay for a hire car as per my policy. They slapped me with a fault claim and took away my no claims bonus. My car did not start the fire. Most other insurance companies had common sense and decency, waiving the fault claim and kept their customers no claims bonus… as clearly the fire was not their fault, as documented on every news channel and national paper! Then they de-insured me so that I could never claim that money back from them. To add insult to injury, two days after de-insuring me, they sent an email wishing me happy birthday - how insulting! At one point they suggested that to avoid all this hassle - I drop my claim… my insurance has sky rocketed because of Policy Expert. Awful, soulless and incompetent company!
