Disappointing Service, Unexplained Denials, and Poor.

I am thoroughly disappointed with Policy Expert UK and Trinity Claims. Despite submitting valid claims on my policy, every single one has been denied without any clear explanation or reasoning, leaving me completely in the dark about their decision-making process. Their customer service is equally frustrating. They fail to call back at the agreed times, don’t respond to messages in their portal, and treat you as though you’re being dishonest just for filing a claim. The interactions feel condescending and unprofessional, especially if you happen to have a foreign-sounding name. For non-native speakers, there is no patience or consideration either, which only adds to the feeling of being dismissed and unvalued. I would strongly advise against using this company if you’re looking for support and transparency when it matters most. This has been a deeply disappointing experience with no accountability in sight. Reviewed on: 31st October 2024

Shop around? Renewing at Policy Expert delivered!

It came to renewal and I expected the hike in premium. Yes the price had gone up but when I shopped around I was staggered. The increase across the market was not reflected in my renewal offer, I couldn't do better. As with most things these days, once the "yes" button is pressed the system takes over to process the transaction and hey presto - job done. What more can I say apart from I am truly delighted to have contained my costs which means I have saved some hard earned money. The picture the man in charge is painting suggests there will be more pain to come. For the moment I am very happy, a comprehensive policy that costs less than the competitors, thank you seems rather inadequate for the way I feel, congratulations to Policy Expert for truly delivering excellence.
