I have been with this bank for over 40 years, I joined it as Williams & Glynns, I have honestly never had a problem, they have always been helpful and any issues have been quickly resolved. I opened a business account with them 2 years back and it has been seamless working between my current accounts etc. I have only one issue, they are asking us to move bank as the Government are forcing them to shed people, due to having a monopoly of business customers. The problem is, the banks recommended are reviewed as very poor, so I'm a bit worried to move. I am very happy with my experience over the past 40 years, I think they are very good

The mobile app is easy to set up and use. I use it daily and its extremely useful for my banking needs, able to transfer and move money around on the move. has great features such as the get cash to help in situations where iv forgotten my bank card....

I use it daily and its extremely useful for my banking needs, able to transfer and move money around on the move. has great features such as the get cash to help in situations where iv forgotten my bank card. meets my banking needs along with my busy lifestyle. cant recommend the mobile app enough.
