They are going backwards

Been with them for over 36 years but they are going backwards and not keeping up with competitors. For a fee paying a/c you expect... I'm not a customer of great wealth, in fact I do have an overdraft facility which I occasionally have the need to use, however my... I'm not a customer of great wealth, in fact I do have an overdraft facility which I occasionally have the need to use, however my bank (who I've been with since the early 1980s) have always treated me respectfully and offered assistance when they felt I needed it and which at times I have accepted. They have looked after me personally when I had a local branch, and are now continuing to do so over the internet. My account fluctuates due to the fact my pension date changes, but they take this into consideration and always inform me when I am about to go into my overdraft. This account has suited my needs and RBS have always been fair and helpful and have always been there for me. I would, and have done many times, recommended RBS to friends and family. Needless to say I would never change banks; why should I when, as such a lowly customer, I receive such excellent service. Read more Read less
