Scammed..

Received a text from rbs telling us of fraudulent activity on our current account.Attempted to contact fraud on three occasions.On each occasion contact was cut... Received a text from rbs telling us of fraudulent activity on our current account.Attempted to contact fraud on three occasions.On each occasion contact was cut off.As cards and my account had been closed down I was unable to access any funds .On visiting our Coatbridge branch we were assisted by a member of staff (Gillian) who made contact with the Fraud Department on our behalf.Her input helped resolve the problem .Thanks again Gillian. They are going backwards

Been with them for over 36 years but they are going backwards and not keeping up with competitors. For a fee paying a/c you expect...     I have been with the rbs for years.

    I have been with the rbs for years. Every day my account and money is suspended from 2 am. For half an hour. Can't login... I have been with the rbs for years. Every day my account and money is suspended from 2 am. For half an hour. Can't login to my account nor spend any funds in my account everyday from 2 am. Also Normally wages hit your account 12 midnight on a thursday. Rbs is 2 or 3 in the morning. I wonder what are they doin for 3 4 hours with my wages .. oh yes thay do this on a vast scale and earn interest for the back while with holding moneys that isn't thers to be making interest off!!! ((The people's wages)) Read more Read less

    Good rewards scheme - cash back for normal spending.

    Good rewards scheme - cash back for normal spending. Unfortunately many of the special offer rewards are not available in my area - ie extra rewards at certain chain stores

    Renter's insurance through RBS is highly recommended.

    They're a bank, not much more you can say other than hey, remember when banks would give you interest? You also have to ignore all their past financial scandals.

    Switch from RSB, make sure your account is closed.

    I have left RBS in 2012 via an automatic switch to Lloyds Bank, I'm happy I keep all paperwork in a box, as now 12years... I have left RBS in 2012 via an automatic switch to Lloyds Bank, I'm happy I keep all paperwork in a box, as now 12years later RBS chasing me for outstanding balance on my account, in total £261. I asked deats collection company,where is this det coming from, no answer for this day, just reminders how easy is to make payments online. Stay away from RBS and if you do switch check after month or so if account is definitely close. As mine apparently is still open, even RBS didn't contact me for last 12years. Read more Read less
