have never had any trouble this bank good fixed rates % and the easy access account is great good % rate and easy to get money out . Reviewed on: 23rd March 2025

easy and supportive

It was easy to open my RCI accounts giving me immediate peace of mind and when one of them matured recently, they transfered the money into an easy access account with good interest & I didnt have to do a thing. If I need to phone RCI I never have to wait long before talking to a real person which is rare these days. Reviewed on: 23rd March 2025
