RCi fixed term savings accounts are available for one, two, three, four or five years. You’ll need to open the account with between £1,000 and £1 million. Unlimited top-ups can be made in the first 14 days.

Very poor service

RCIs total inability to manage my maturity instructions leading up to and after my fixed bond maturing has left me out of pocket. I can’t have been let down repeatedly by customer services who have not completed there promises have not phoned back when promised and have not delivered my interest to my nominated bank account as requested. T have received no response from phone, email nor secure messaging. Feeling totally let down and concerned over the safety of my investment. Watch out. Reviewed on: 23rd November 2023

Worst Bank ever

No one is available for calls and emails. We lost our money as we tried to close our account and no one is available to help with enquiries and emails. I won't be recommending this bank to my friends and family. I don't think this bank is legit. Unfortunately we lost our money. Reviewed on: 16th November 2023

Ripped my off for my life savings

I invested £25 life savings, it matured. No interest on the amount, no sign of it arriving in my bank, totally ripped off. the worst is that the FSCS say that the RCI bank is NOT covered for compensation Reviewed on: 6th November 2023
