Very good service from Sharon smith

Sharon Smith dealt with my query very quickly and explained all I needed to know so glad I got through to her. Reviewed on: 9th August 2023

Insurance for for top up mortgage.

I moved out of my house and paid off the mortgage. Royal London cancelled the policy saying they had written to me, maybe they did, to the old address, then cancelled the policy. I was £7.5k out-of -pocket because they would not accept payment of missing premium. Greedy pigs. Reviewed on: 8th March 2016

Serps

I opted out of Serps pension back in 1980, now they have stopped it. I will no longer benefit when I retire. I have never had any one contact me from Royal London to advise me in any kind off way an feel very disappointed. Reviewed on: 27th December 2015
