Human and helpful customer service

What I appreciate about the Saffron Building Society is that you can call a number and speak to a helpful and pleasant human being who can solve your problems. I have contacted the Building Society three times over the past two days with different requests, and the same wonderful lady, Lisa Howard has been able to help me with each different request, including help with my E banking account. Excellent response to my query, with a very helpful and empathetic handling of my issue. The whole process was completed with the absolute minimum of fuss and in a highly professional way.
