Self Build Challenges

We have faced some challenging times recently on our self build project, but the mortgage officer Lisa and Retentions advisor Kim have always offered words of support and encouragement, whilst dealing with or financial requirements in a totally professional manner. Extremely helpful, supportive and knowledgeable.

Leon was patient, knowledgable and extremely supportive of my application with Saffron. He talked me through every step of the application, answered all questions and was helpful the whole time.
