Efficient transfer of monies

Kendra was so helpful in advising me how to move money from my bank into an esaver. I had forgotten the sort code and account number of Saffron Building Society. Even suggesting a small sum first before transferring the rest to make sure all was well. She also phoned to let me know that the transfer had gone through and moved an appropriate sum from esaver to ISA. Patient and very personable Reviewed on: 6th September 2024

Customer support.

I went into branch with my husband as we were having a problem accessing our online savings.Staff on duty were more than helpful and very patient. We were helped with how to set up passwords and staff downloaded the app onto my phone. As we are older customers this support is invaluable and not something banks offer anymore.
