Within a minute of my call I was talking to a friend...

Within a minute of my call I was talking to a friendly and helpful person who quickly dealt with my questions about my regular saver account maturing. Five minutes later I had been through security and a new account set up for the next 12 months. If only all banking could be this easy. So nice to actually be able to talk to a person. The customer service is 5 star plus -

The customer service is 5 star plus- very attentive, professional, yet friendly. Adviser spent in depth information of the accounts I had with Saffron - and advising to transfer one account to offer a better rate of interest. I have 3 accounts all of which are easy to manage and I know where I can call or visit to discuss any problems and advice - thanks for making my finances easy. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2026

signing in for the first time

Tried yesterday to get online for the first time. Pass word and ID did not work. Was timed out and then ran out of time to phone again that day. Worried about it all night. Phone again, this time I was taken through the full process step by step. All was fine The lady, Jay took me through the full process.
