Maturity Instructions

Contacted via secure message to enquire when I would receive Maturity Instruction pack. Confirmed if I knew what I wanted to do, I could deal with it via secure messaging. All dealt with quickly and efficiently. Reviewed on: 12th June 2024

Easy to get through to contact centre. Helpful staff were able to resolve my issue. Good interest rates. Reviewed on: 10th June 2024

Nominated Bank Account not appearing.

Nominated Bank Account not appearing. Needed to change password. Had to wait in telephone queue for 20 mins. When I eventually got into my account, no nominated bank account appeared to transfer money into, despite having used this many times before. So had to phone again and wait 15 mins in queue. When I eventually got through, your employees were friendly, patient anfd helpful. Reviewed on: 8th June 2024

Telephoned last Saturday morning.

Telephoned last Saturday morning. Waited over half an hour to speak to someone. My queries were answered to most of my satisfaction, but I felt sorry for the staff on duty. Was it a good idea to announce the new regular saver on a Saturday morning with so few staff on duty? Would it not have been better to bring in more staff on Saturday or leave the announcement until Monday? Reviewed on: 5th June 2024
