Caring Professionals

On the few occasions (because everything usually flows so smoothly) I have had to contact the Society the staff have always been courteous, kind and professional. Donovan expressed my thoughts much better - “I’m just mad about Saffron”. Reviewed on: 20th May 2024

Poor communication! Poor service!

No account details were sent to me and when they were by way of me being told I haven't paid any money into the account, there were two account numbers and nothing making it clear, which needed to be used with thw sort code (not the one in the section with the sort code as my money was returned to my bank. I've asked for help last week and nothing has come through. No details were sent to enable me to get online access either as stated. Poor! Reviewed on: 20th May 2024

Very methodical and proficient

The male individual that guided me through a slightly convoluted savings query was extremely proficient, helpful and attentive. He worked to create an efficient solution and was very methodical and measured in his responses and next steps. I was surprised at the calibre with which my query was addressed. Excellent customer service

I was struggling to do my maturity instructions online so I telephoned for help. The phone was answered promptly and the gentleman dealt with my query efficiently and with a very friendly and helpful approach. All done for me within minutes. Reviewed on: 9th May 2024
